The depth of this project goes far beyond what you can see with the eyes alone. When it comes to design features that help a website retain customers, things like user interface and user experience are what come to mind. Ultimately, I looked to the old interface to identify what was working and what needed to carry through to the new design landing on a homepage where customers can navigate to see the stories of Los Angeles and easily book the walking tours.
